Staff was very nice, helpful and mostly quite friendly. We asked for assistance several times, and each time our issue was solved. They did it with a smile every time, too! We loved our breakfast there every morning, and the staff there was very efficient, polite, and friendly.

The location is excellent. 2 blocks from the main train station, and just a few blocks from the start of old town. In a quiet, safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Missed breakfast due to an early flight, but prev time staying here it was great.

A beautiful, full of characted hotel in the very center of the city. We unfortunately stayed just one night but it was perfect. The beds are comfortable, the shower room sufficient. Brerakfast was a highlight with a great selection of local specialities. Very helpful and welcoming reception personnel.

The hotels very well located for the centre, train station and Tivoli Gardens. The staff were all very friendly professional and very helpful. You are able to hire bikes from the hotel which was very useful

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and arrived mid day with delayed bags. Benedicte was really kind to help me out with an early checkin and my way around Copenhangen to get the basics until my luggage was sent to the hotel. The room is basic, good enough for a solo traveller with basic amenities such as a kettle, hair dryer, and toiletries. The best part of the hotel is that it's a 5 min walk to the main station in Copenhagen, and that's why I decided to extend my stay here. For breakfast, you have scrambled eggs, assorted bread, yoghurt, and fruits. You have an option to make your own waffles as well. In case you have an early morning flight to catch, you will also get breakfast packed, which you can request at the reception. All in all, it is recommended if you are just coming back to the hotel for a good night's sleep.
